Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Eli Young Band and Miranda Lambert are among the nominees at Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards, but no one is more surprised to get a nod than Jason Aldean, who is up for Male Country Artist and Country Song for "Tattoos On This Town." Unfortunately, Jason won't be able to attend the show, but he says that just being nominated has made him cooler to his two daughters, Keeley and Kendyl.

Hunter Hayes is also nominated for Male Country Artist and Country Song for "Storm Warning." He, too, is thrilled with his nominations, but there's something else that gets him excited. He tells us, "I can get on Twitter and Facebook, and I can see my fans rallying behind me, and I love that."

The Teen Choice Awards air Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
